There a couple of methods you can use:
1. Click on the booking links on our website. You will be directed to our booking page via ‘Momence’ booking software. You can now explore our timetable and purchase class packs, memberships or special offers. Upon booking, you will be prompted to enter your details. An email will be sent to you with your username and a link to set your own account password. You are now ready to go!
2. Download the ‘Momence’ App. You can create an account with your details

If you have any challenges in using the Momence App, you are welcome to pop into our studio where we can give you a helping hand. Alternatively, you can contact us at

Please book all Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates Assessments via our website. Click on ‘Book Appointment’ then select from the drop down box which appointment type you would like to book.
All payments for Physiotherapy and 1:1 Clinical Services will be accepted at the time of your scheduled appointment at the studio.

Absolutely. We have a HICAPS terminal at the studio, so that we can process private health payments quickly and easily.
Clinical Reformer Class packs of 10 or 20 sessions, are usually claimable once all sessions in the pack have been attended.

Our Introductory Offer is an opportunity to welcome you to our studio with open arms. 4 classes for $50 to be used over a 14 day period.
Please note, that the following guidelines apply:
Valid for 14 days from date of first use
Valid for new clients only
Cannot be purchased more than once
Non-refundable and non-transferable
Cannot be extended

Our Cancellation Policy applies to all clients who have pre-purchased Pilates classes via their account.
We have a 6-hour cancellation window to provide opportunity for all members of our community to attend their preferred class
If you cancel your class within 6 hours of the class start time the following will apply:
Clients with casual pass, class packs, and two—and three-session memberships will forfeit one class for each late cancellation or no-show.
Clients with unlimited memberships will be charged $10 for each late cancellation and $10 for a no-show (not attending without advising of cancellation)
*The Cancellation Policy does not apply to our Mums and Bubs classes.

If you need to cancel a class, we encourage you to log into your Momence account (online or app) to manage your class bookings.
We do not take cancellations via email, phone or social media. This is to ensure that there is no delay in us receiving your intention to cancel and therefore affecting the opportunity for another member to take a spot in the class.

If there is a class that you would like to attend that is fully booked, you can place yourself on the waitlist of your preferred session.
When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to the first person on the waitlist, asking them to confirm that they want to be booked into the class. You have a 60 minute window to confirm if you want to be booked into the class before the system moves to the next customer on the waitlist.
*Please note: if you have joined a class from the waitlist, our Cancellation Policy still applies.

Our door is open 10 minutes* before class start time. We encourage you give yourself enough time before your class commences to head to our change room, leave your day behind and settle into the space.
You can bring your drink bottle, a towel (if required) and your Pilates socks ( a must!). We encourage you to leave your bags, shoes and jackets in our locker room. There is plenty of space for belongings and you can rest assure our change room is in a safe location within our studio away from public access.
*Please note, if you arrive 15 minutes + before your class starts, you will not have access to the studio until the class before you has been completed.

We welcome everyone to our reformer classes at Konditioned. Regardless of fitness level and experience we can provide modifications and progressions to allow everyone to feel empowered and strong.
If you are unsure if Reformer Pilates is right for you, speak to your instructor and/or reach out to us via email and we will work with you to explore our additional services.

We know how essential Pilates is for our pre-natal community. Pilates has been proven to be an extremely effective form of exercise for physical conditioning, birth preparation, prevention and management of pelvic girdle and lower back pain.
If you are pregnant, we strongly suggest that you discuss reformer Pilates with your Medical Practitioner. We also suggest notifying your instructor and/or sending us an email PRIOR to your class so that we can prepare pregnancy-friendly modifications in your class. If you are unsure about reformer Pilates during pregnancy and want a bit more personalised direction, we strongly recommend a 1:1 Clinical Session OR signing up for our Clinical Exercise Classes. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about how we can best support you on your pregnancy journey.

Congratulations! We are so grateful that we can support you on your post-natal journey.
We offer Mums and Bubs classes twice per week. Mums and Bubs sessions incorporate reformer exercises which focus on restoring functional core strength, spinal mobility and pelvic strengthening. Most importantly…. You can bring your little one!
You must be at least 6 weeks post-natal and have obtained clearance to exercise from your medical practitioner. If you are experiencing any post-natal related symptoms and want to discuss with us prior to starting reformer Pilates, we recommend a ‘Clinical Exercise Assessment’ with our Physiotherapist prior to commencing classes. This allows us to understand how your body has recovered and we can modify exercises according to your stage of recovery.
The price list for our Mums and Bubs classes is the same as our reformer classes. We encourage Class packs of 10 or 20 OR our 2 day per week annual membership to get the most value.
*Please note: Our Cancellation Policy does not apply to our Mums and Bubs community. We know how unpredictable your day can be when you have a baby and we want to be able to support you. Please try and avoid cancellations and no-shows.

We offer affordable reformer membership options for those who want to invest in quality results from consistent sessions. Membership options include:
2 classes per week
3 classes per week
Unlimited classes per week
All membership costs are automatically deducted from your nominated account on a weekly (7 day) basis. This keeps costs bite-sized and achievable and avoids large out-of-pocket costs.
All memberships run for a 12-month period
Billing is automatically generated on a weekly basis from your nominated account, commencing on the initial date of purchase via your secured Momence Account.
No lock in contract – you can cancel after a minimum period of 4 weeks.
Unused sessions do not accrue and roll over into the next week

Absolutely, we understand that unpredictable things happen, or maybe a very predictable holiday is on the cards.

We do not offer suspensions of our introductory offer
Minimum suspension period = 1 week
Maximum suspension period = 10 weeks
We ask for a notice period of 1 week (minimum) of your intention to suspend. This is so we can ensure that we can cease payments from your nominated account for the notified period.

Absolutely, there are no lock-in contracts at Konditioned. If you would like to cancel a membership, please notify us in writing at least two weeks in advance.

We can’t think of a better way to tell someone that you love them! Gift cards can be used for Pilates Class Packs and Product.
Gift cards purchased online will allow a special gift email to be sent to the recipient. Alternatively, gift cards can be purchased in-studio where we have beautifully printed cards you can give to the recipient.
*Please note: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Konditioned does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions of gift cards for change of mind, illness, injury or any other reason.
